Online modules offered by the V.G. Young Institute of County Government

TACA Continuing Education courses are available for anyone needing continuing education credits under SB546 and/or the TACA Professional Designation Certification Programs.

Visit the V.G. Young Institute website for more information and to create an account. Payment must be by Visa or MasterCard.

What to expect:  

  • Courses consists of tutorial, comprehensive review and evaluation
  • Each course will take at least 1 hour to complete
  • Participants can print their certificate upon course completion
  • The Institute will report participant completion to Texas Association of Counties for TACA and SB546 credit
